What Pro adds
Filled from your export, not an empty template
Every book in the file lands on the Library sheet with its status, your rating, the average rating (Goodreads), pages, shelves or tags and the date read.
Live formulas
Year and month come from the date read with YEAR() and MONTH(); the monthly summary, the authors and the ratings sheets count with COUNTIFS, SUMIFS and AVERAGEIFS, so a new row is counted.
A sheet per year
The books you finished each year with date, pages and rating, and the totals under them.

Frequently asked questions
- What exactly is in the file?
- An Excel workbook (it opens in Excel, LibreOffice and Numbers) built from the Goodreads or StoryGraph CSV you loaded: a Library sheet with one row per finished read and one per book you have not finished, with status, your rating, the average rating (Goodreads), pages, date read, year, month, shelves or tags; a Monthly sheet with books and pages per month for every year; one sheet per year; an Authors sheet; a Ratings sheet; and an About sheet.
- Is it a template I fill in myself?
- No, it is already filled in from your export, which is the point. It keeps working as a tracker: type a new book in a new Library row, copy the Year and Month formulas from the row above, and the Monthly, Authors and Ratings sheets count it (their formulas read 1,000 rows past your last book).
- Is my file uploaded to make the workbook?
- No. The workbook is built in your browser from the file you dropped and saved straight to your downloads. We never see your books.
- Is Pro a subscription?
- It depends on the plan you pick above. A monthly plan renews until you cancel it from the Manage subscription link shown once Pro is open; a one-time purchase is paid once and stays open for good.
- Do I need an account?
- No. You pay on Stripe's page and come back here; Pro opens in this browser and stays open. For another browser or device, ask for your access link by email on this page.
- What about VAT or sales tax?
- Stripe is the merchant of record. Any tax that applies where you are is shown at checkout, and the receipt or invoice comes from Stripe by email.
- Can I get a refund?
- Pro opens the moment you pay. If it does not do what this page says, write within 14 days and you get a full refund. Details on the refund policy page.
- What do you store about me?
- Nothing on our servers. The checkout reference and the answer from the verification service are kept in this browser's local storage; the email you type at checkout goes to Stripe for the receipt and lets you reopen Pro elsewhere.
